- Appointments will be made on a project basis, initially for one year, and may be extended based on performance and project requirements.
- All positions will be filled on open merit.
- IRSA is an equal opportunity employer.
- Salaries will be paid under the Standard Pay Package (PPS) approved by the Finance Division, with a 5% annual increase.
- Project postings may be at any telemetry site in Pakistan.
- Local or nearby residents will be preferred for posts at Serial Numbers 19, 20, 22, and 23.
- Employees working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Age relaxation will be allowed according to Federal Government rules.
